Local Ceramicist Qi Fang Colbert is Selected to Exhibit at Europe’s top Ceramics Fair
L ocal artist, Qi Fang Colbert has been selected for the first time to exhibit at Ceramic Art London which takes place at Olympia from Friday 8th - Sunday 10th May 2026, with a private view on Thursday 7th May. The event is hugely oversubscribed, and makers go through a rigorous selection process.

Other exhibitors in recent years include The Great Pottery Throwdown judge Rich Miller and this year’s lineup showcases 125 makers from across the globe. The fair is curated by the Craft Potters Association and has an extraordinary range of work on sale, priced from £30 to over £10,000 for collectors’ pieces. Exhibitors come from as far afield as Japan, Korea, Canada and the USA, as well as across Europe.
Colbert said, ‘I’m delighted to have been accepted to exhibit at this prestigious fair and look forward to showing my work to a completely new, international audience.’
Qi Fang Colbert is a Northumberland-based artist, ceramicist and illustrator working with hand-build collectable stoneware that she carves and sculpts free-hand original drawings into. The work is inspired by her illustration on lived experiences and the human-nature relationships, providing a unique and playful perspective on our coexistence, dependence, and shared environments. Her works range from fine art ceramics, homeware and decorations. Colbert is a member of Design Nation and Northern Potters Association, and London potters Association.
