Each item in this shop is handmade by Dr. Qi Fang Colbert. Please be aware of the nature of studio pottery which featured with unique variations in glaze, texture, and size.

Packing and shipping policy:

To ensure the safe delivery of the item, we will carefully double-package it using environmentally friendly materials. Items that are currently in stock will be dispatched within five working days of receipt of payment.

Delivery is at present only to the UK mainland using Evri, offering a standard 2-3 day delivery with digital signature upon receipt. If you have any inquires please send them to qifangcolbert@gmail.com.

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order is expected to arrive within 2 to 3 days of the dispatch date and will require a digital signature upon delivery. If your order does not arrive by the specified delivery date, please contact us via email and we will investigate the matter. Should you require expedited delivery, please get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refund and returns policy:

In the unlikely event that items are damaged during postage, please notify us at qifangcolbert@gmail.com upon receipt and photos of the damage so that we may conduct an investigation. Please refer to our detailed terms for further information:

Please be advised that any damages must be reported within two days of receipt, accompanied by appropriate evidence. Failure to do so will result in the inability to accept responsibility or process a refund.

Our refund and returns policy is effective for a period of 5 days. After this time-frame has elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging.

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

We are unable to cover any return postage costs applicable to a change of mind exchange. Packing and shipping costs and custom duties (if applicable) are non-refundable in the case of return, return for exchange or store credit.

Refunds will not be issued in certain circumstances, including:

Items that are not returned in their original condition, or that are stained, utilised, damaged, or missing parts, where the issue is not attributable to our error.

Items returned more than 5 days after the date of delivery.

Next steps:

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. You will also be advised regarding the status of your refund application. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
